As a sole practitioner, I handle every instruction personally — from your first enquiry through to your final report.  This ensures that every client receives a consistent, detailed, and reliable service.

My reports are thorough, clearly written, and easy to understand, helping you make well-informed property decisions.

I also provide Party Wall surveying services in line with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.

This includes preparing and serving Party Wall notices, agreeing Party Wall Awards and completing Schedules of Condition.
